Planning an event in another country requires trust. That is why Splend.it works with a clear, close and transparent process, so you know exactly what to expect, from the first contact to the final toast.
First Meeting
Our first contact will be online, so we can understand what you wish to experience: the type of event, the desired date, the number of guests, the style of the celebration, your references, expectations and estimated investment.
We will also present how Splend.it can guide the process and which possibilities make the most sense for your wedding, party or event in Italy.
Budget
Even in an exclusive celebration, the budget is an essential part of shaping the experience.
That is why, before moving into the details, we define the investment parameters together and the best way to allocate them. This alignment allows us to guide the project with precision, choosing the ideal setting and the most suitable partners for your event.
More than numbers, it is about directing each choice toward what truly matters to you.
Setting and Partners
The choice of location is essential to shaping the experience.
Based on the profile of the celebration, the number of guests and the desired atmosphere, we present a curated selection of venues aligned with these criteria. The final decision is always yours, with freedom and confidence to choose what makes the most sense.
Once the venue is defined, we move on to selecting the partners, guided by the same care, coherence and precision.
Design e project
Once the setting is confirmed, we turn our attention to design. This is the moment when the celebration truly begins to take shape.
We work together, exchanging references and ideas, until we translate the desired atmosphere with precision.
From this process, you receive: a personalized color palette, an inspiration board and layout proposals, allowing you to visualize and define the arrangement of the celebration’s elements.
Logistics and experience
Logistics is what supports, with precision and flow, everything that is lived throughout the celebration and the stay.
At Splend.it, it goes beyond organization. It is designed to provide a complete experience, taking care of every transfer, every moment and every detail with the highest efficiency.
We also create opportunities for you and your guests to discover Italy in a unique way, with access to special places that transform the celebration into a memorable journey.
Coordination
Our coordination is present at every stage, from pre-production to the day of the celebration.
The team follows every detail from the very beginning, guiding the process with organization and precision. On the day of the event, this presence becomes a fluid execution, where all partners and services are coordinated naturally, exactly as planned.
This allows you to focus on what truly matters: living the moment, being present and sharing the experience with your guests.
We will help you discover how to make it possible. Ready to begin?
